Over the past 20 years Raymond Blake has established a reputation as an entertaining and informative speaker/presenter at tutored wine tastings and themed dinners.
He has organised dozens of such events, be they specialist tastings for corporate clients, fundraisers for specific causes, or large club dinners for 150 people. In the latter case he always works in close collaboration with a chef to devise a menu that achieves an appealing synergy between the wines and the food. He can also be seen every year at the Food & Wine Magazine Christmas Show, matching wines to go with dishes prepared by Ireland’s leading chefs such as: Neven Maguire, Derry Clarke, Ross Lewis, Kevin Thornton, Sunil Ghai, Paul Flynn & Seamus Commons.
